Wednesday 2/23
The chalkboard at 32 manor - originally it said "Jenn is an idiot" but Tully made some changes. Classes were good on Wednesday - I'm obsessed with this book that we're talking about in my literary trauma class it's called Austerlitz. After class I came home for a while and then went out for wing night. Seven dollar pitchers... big pitchers... woof.
Thursday 2/24
Atlantic City baby! This photo is of Shirl counting her dollazzz - she's so damn lucky at that place! I tried to take today's picture of the slot machine "Bonus Frenzy" for Bonus Eventus but my phone was dead and I couldn't find it again. I lost a bunch of my money pretty quick - like $150. At least the beers were free! But later in the night my dad came over and brought me to this wheel game - not a stupid slot machine like I'd been playing - and I won my money back! Hiioooo. I had a really good time with my family - my mom is so funny she gets so excited whenever the machines make noise even if she isn't winning a lot. I love how easy it is to make her happy and how she laughs at everything.
Thursday 2/25
I wasn't feeling 100% yesterday but beers and AC kept me going... today I feel pretty shitty though. We got back home at like 5:30 I think and this book that I ordered was waiting for me. I'm about to curl up with it and stay in tonight - I'm hoping that it will bring the fiesta back in my life since it will probably be Hemingway's drunken Paris ramblings.
